Today we've had a Croydon Life Drawing Group outing!

A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by the producer of Heart London’s Breakfast show. They are having a fundraising week for their charity 'Make Some Noise' which supports small children’s and young people’s charities that often don’t get heard or supported.

Children from the charities they support are setting challenges for their presenters Jamie Theakston and Emma Bunton. Each day listeners can vote whether Jamie or Emma will complete the challenge by calling a premium number that makes a donation to the charity.

On Monday they had a choice between Jamie modelling for a Life Class and Emma going on a Zipwire and they voted for Jamie (he might say they voted against him).

Which is where I came in - they had asked me to provide a few artists so he could model for us. So at 9 o'clock this morning Christine, Malini, Henry and myself turned up at Heart's offices in Leicester Square for what turned out to be an enjoyable session and all in a good cause. I'm not claiming that any of my drawings are any good but it was fun and certainly lived up to my strapline of "Making Life Different".
